* is a Web-based educational and support program for caregivers of seniors aged 65 years and older. Through the program they can learn about and experiment with various stress management strategies, all in the comfort of their home and at any time of day.

During this free 7-week program, the caregivers receive guidance and support from a health professional. This Web-based training was developed by a research team at the Faculty of Nursing at Université de Montréal. It is now offered free of charge through the support of theorganization L’Appui pour les proches aidants d’aînés.

*MeSSAGES is an acronym for the program’s French title, which means “an electronic method to support the learning of stress management strategies.”
